Hsing Yi

Hsing Yi (also spelled Hsing I) is an internal art that is more aggressive than Tai Chi. Many famous fighters including Sun Lu-Tang have studied Hsing Yi. It is considered one of the three major internal arts with Tai Chi and BaGua. Hsing Yi is an art that takes the offensive and uses straight line attacks to unbalance the assailant. It is taught by Sifu Michael on Fridays at the Mint Hill Location, please call for times and more information.
