CACMA iOS and Android Privacy Policy

The CACMA iOS and Android apps are provided freely available mobile applications for supported iOS and Android devices. By installing these applications you agree to the following privacy policy.
Carolinas Association of Chinese Martial Arts (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the mobile application (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, Google Firebase User ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Technical Description
The CACMA iOS, Android, and server web application all use the Firebase Cloud Messaging technology to send and receive push notifications. Communication between server and client applications are handled by this technology via Application Programming Interfaces. Client applications receive this data and display in our chosen formats for user consumption. CACMA and its affiliates do not make any guarantees about how this technology works whatsoever, not limited to how it has worked, will work in the future, or if it will continue to work or even exist.
Technical Disclaimer
The CACMA iOS and Android apps rely on free to use Apple and Google software, as well as 3rd party utilities, plugins, PODs, and packages. We cannot take responsibility for any losses or damages incurred due to vulnerabilities or bugs resulting from using these or other sources.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
